RE:Lake Washington Perch - June?

Look for the first weed line from the bank, fish the outside (deep water edge) with nightcrawlers or fish meat. If you aren't getting bit within 10 minutes, move. Keep doing this and you will find perch.

FREE - Proline lightweight waders to young fisherperson

I have a set of size medium Proline lightweight waders that I want to pass along to an up and coming fisherperson, let me know if you want them or know someone that might. They need a bit of patching, but it shouldn't take too long with a little Aqua Seal.

RE:My first spotted bass

Yes, the coloring of a spot looks very similar to a largie...But, the tell-tail indication of a spot versus a largie is the small, "toothy" patch located on their tongue. The fish was very small, but when I hooked it I thought I had a 2 or 3 pounder. They fight like the dickens.

My first spotted bass

I was in Central Cali for a much needed vacation last week and I was able to land my first spotted bass, from the bank I might add. It was kind of a fluke considering I was fishing so shallow and targeting sunfish/bluegill. From what I read, the spots in this reservoir are typically located in depth...

Used to catch them below the dam, right above the confluence with the walla walla. Crazy that they go up that high.

RE:Horseback/Fishing expedition

If you truly are open to fishing non-warmwater species, there are some great places in the high country for horse back fishing adventures. Right outside White Pass are several trail heads that are horse friendly, that lead to some breathtaking scenery and good fishing.

Caught this one today on Lake Washington from the bank. I don't have a scale or tape, so no accurate weight.

We'll give those areas a shot. We also plan on doing some hiking.

RE:Potholes and the Seeps

Any of you guys do any good from the bank? I have been planning a one night camping trip over there for this coming weekend for some time. I am more familiar with Moses from the bank as opposed to Potholes and the seeps.

Snohomish River oxbow lakes

...In reading the regs, some of the oxbows on the Snoqualmie are not listed. That being said, to me that means that those waters fall under the statewide rules, open year-round. Do you think my assumption is correct?
