Anyone fish the snake below Ice Harbor dam? Trying to hit up the river for springers and haven't been on that stretch of the river yet but thought it may be worth trying.

You should check out Wal-Mart. You can find polarized glasses there for under $20 anytime. They work for me, I have 2 pair.

You can easily find a decent kicker on Craigslist, they may be older models but you can easily find one for under 500, sometimes much less.

Jump off does have a public launch. Just before you get to the resort on the same road. It could be a problem because the water is pretty low to launch there depending on your boat.
