If anyone call the law in on you becasue you have a gass motor on the boat wheathyer or not you use it, it will cost you $250 for the first offense. One year and $5000 for the second offense and lose of fishing licence for life.

You can also mount the transducer on the bottom of the electric motor you use to propell the boat if you do that. Use epoxy and hold it with rubber bands while it cures. Make sure not to get any on the face of it though.
