just reading back a bit on this thread. Hatchery steelhead are obvious even with a partially cut adipose fin. Look at the dorsal fin in the pic. Has anybody fished the Snake at Lower Granite Dam lately? Is it still cardboard colored or has it began to clear up (green color or better). Thanks for any response, I am trying to save a wasted trip to the river if possible.
