Green Lake trout

Anybody fished Green Lake lately? I have a 5 year old little boy that I'd love to get on some trout action. I know the spring it's fantastic I'm just wondering how it is this time of year. Thank you

Worms in Salmon

Ok - I've been noticing these worm things in a fair amount of my salmon. Those thin whiteish/clear 1 inch to 3 inch worms. Either inside the meat or belly of the fish. Now, when I see these I have recently been just tossing the fish because I have heard they can make you sick unless you first freeze...

Re: Finding time

MAKE TIME!

Married business owner (owner, operator) with 1 kid (4 year old). Lucky enough to be able to schedule a day off here and there for myself. Then, get all my household chores done...and stuff around the house to make my wives life easier BEFORE going to the river.

Re: Everett Coho Derby, $25,000 in cash prizes

How is this "derby" regulated? Seems pretty simple to catch a bigger coho via a different river system and truck it to everett....doesnt it?

Re: Wallace River

I dont feel like starting a new thread so this forum is close enough -

Effective September 11,

Open to fishing
Skykomish River (Snohomish Co.) from mouth upstream to the confluence of the North and South Forks.

This means the upper skykomish is now open past the sultan river correct???

Re: Rain to open up rivers?

I got that. But all it states is lower skykomish river. There has to be an exact location, I just dont see it listed anywhere.

Re: Rain to open up rivers?

You would think the main reason for the closures would have to be the water temp. And with this rain it should lower it pretty good.
