well for steelies you want tail out and logs and anything that can make a nice soft smooth restin place for they there not much of a fast moving water fish they only in it to swim in or out....deep slow qwater is a good place and tailouts are my fav

well for me it all depends on the water conditions clear water i like to use firetail nightmare and a blue chinookie, and for semi murky water ill use a steelhead eye candy witch is pink and a sand shrimp which is orange. and on nasty water conditions ..................well **** it i dont really fis...

it's all about the braided POWER PRO this line a lil spendy but i have never had a problem with it, that on my bobber rob and then i love the maxima 12lb for my plunking, drifting rods.

well my answer isnt too different then other, find something that work in these nasty waters , but most important i wanna try to find a spot that no one fishes as long as it produces fish yr around............

well i said the same thing thats why all my jigs are bare minimum matieral an all UV

ya all of the jigs at my ork are UV my boss recently bought all UV matieral but that was recently so there for all the river were blown out when i got a chance fish them so now im gonna hit the rivers hard with our new jigs.

i work at the rainbows end in vancouver WA and we tie jigs and we recently switched to all UV matieral and we were told that salmon trout steelhead and just about all fish can see UV does anyone know for a fact if they do or dont and if anyone knows a web site that can prove it?

wow swede............i never thought nught crawlers would work and the high waters being prime for shore fishin that is insane i would of never thought they hugged to shore like that..... i will be there tomarrow forsure

well mike nows a good time to learn to tie a few jigs........and i already said im putting a time limit on the dead line for the jig swap so after a week i will put a dead line up an when that time is up i will do the jig exchange with how ever many ppl i got.

well i want 15 jigs an 15 people that way each person who sends me jigs i will mail one from each person and no i do NOT!! sell them...... we make our own jigs we dont need to sell anyone else's
