Westside crappie near Gig Harbor?????
Any place within a reasonable distance to go get crappie, good size blue gills, or perch? If so where and how? new to this crappie thing here. I fished for them with grandpa in Wisconsin and we used live minnows. Not sure what or where here.

I can catch trout no problem, but I can't seem to find the bluegill or crappie. I try worm and bobber and I guess I am at the wrong place. I have about 2 years ago got a couple bigger bluegill, and bigger, I mean bigger than my hand by a couple of inches. I won't even go into trying to catch bass he...

I had a great time out there when I went last time. Great place and new owners are awesome! I did catch some RB, but no crappie or anything else. I guess my worms suck! I was in the pads trying for anything and not even a nibble! I would love to go to the dark side, and my tackle box is full of dark...

Heading out to try out the new resort! I will post a report when I get back. Need some help though. I have fished there about 3 years ago, and got two fish. My help is needed in the area of catching the crappies and bass. Where and how? I caught crappies with my grandpa up in Wisconsin, but we used ...

Ok, so I am late getting back to you all here! I took the gas tank out, and put in a 6 gallon red one. Put it up against the transom and moved the pin in the motor to 3 from the transom. took my daughter out and her friends to do some tubing. She planes beautifully and goes 30! I didn't expect that....

RE:gas tank help
I was looking at it tonight and figured that I can put them behind the two seats up front. This would put them aft of center of the boat. I was out yesterday and running it full throttle and she was on the v, but any wake or anything shook the tank hard! i thought it was going to rip through the bra...

I have a 13 foot fiberglass boat. Has two seats up front and open in the back. It is closed bow. The people I got it from made a HUGE gas tank and strapped it under the bow. Takes up alot of space and storage space is non-existence now. I have purchased two 6 gallon portables and was thinking of put...

Ok, I have read all the responses. I do appreciate them. I now have a question. Someone recommended a truck liner. I was at Home depot today and noticed that they have alum. roof material that is suppose to stop leaks and what not..... would this work if I painted the bottom(inside) of my boat with...

RE:aluminum boat help!
Thanks for the responses. i think I am going to go the way of the last post and not worry too much about it. If I happen to run accross it, then I will use silicone. I think I am going to invest in a hand siphon pump for 12.95, and keep the sponge. Not a huge problem, more of an annoyance.

RE:aluminum boat help!
the boat is 24 yrs old at least! Call the company? I haven't been able to find out who took over maing it. I have searched and searched for the manuf. .... I think the boat is a 'Swan Lake.' Have to look into the option of the silicone on the rivets!
Any other ideas?
Thanks-

aluminum boat help!
I have a 14'. I have a small, annoying leak. I have tried to seal it with the alumiweld stuff, but it is still there. I have tried to find it, put the stuff where I think it is, but it is still there. My question is: 1. What is the best way to find it? seems that it just seeps. Should I fill it with...
