Re: making more room in my garage

Is the saw still available, I had my Hitachi laser chop saw stolen a few years ago and have needed a replacement since?

Re: Rufus Woods Kokanee

Thanks for the responses guys. WDFW says it has Kokanee, but never saw any reports on them, must be a dwindling population. Guess I'll just have to get some lunker rainbows.

Re: SUPERBOWL!

Good place to post this? Demarius Thomas and Sherman will be a good key match up in my opinion.
If I was the seahawks- id put Sherman on Decker or Welker.
The Hawks don't assign Sherman to anyone specific. He plays the left corner and Maxwell plays the right.

Rufus Woods Kokanee

Hi, I will be camping Memorial Day near Rufus Woods and was wondering what people know about the Kokanee fishing here, I see only trout reports. Is there a specific location that works best or do I have to hunt them down. I am familiar with fishing for Kokes in Lk Stevens, are the gear and technique...

Re: Ebey Slough depths

Thanks for all the advice guys, I've been through before in a jet and pretty sure I know where the channel is, but I will be sure to go easy and watch the depth finder.

Ebey Slough depths

I have headed out to the sound via Ebey Slough in the past in a jet boat and I know at times it can be extremely shallow. I pan on heading out soon and was wonder if my prop boat would make it through, and at what level of tide would be safe to exit and return. Thanks in advance.

Re: Transferring Hotspots

I've been playing with GSAK to no avail. It seems to be a pretty complicated program. I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but I just don't have the time to sit down and figure this out. Does anyone else transfer hotspots to their Humminbird? How do you guys do it? It seems pointless, I know, becaus...

Fishing Stevens tomorrow

I though I'd make it out today, but after my chores were done it was already 4. I still considered going, but when I did a quick check of my boat, I noticed that I couldn't fish anywhere without 2 stroke oil. I thought I was done until next weekend when I'll make a little side cash. After all but 2 ...

Wanted: 8-10HP kicker

I'm looking for a kicker motor for my boat, something in the 8-10 range would be good.
In a perfect world I would be willing to trade my 40HP Merc for a smaller main and kicker motor, maybe a 25HP and an 8HP.
Keep me in mind when you want to sell your motors.

Re: Transferring Hotspots

Yes sir,I've exported the .gpx file just fine, but my HumminbirdPC program spits out an error when I try to open it. I've marked my own waypoints, which ends up being a .gpx file, and have no problems seeing them in HumminbirdPC. I've compared the 2 files, and there is a slightly different line. In ...

Transferring Hotspots

Hi, I'm trying to transfer the hotspots I exported from this forum, but my HumminbirdPc program is spitting out an error. It seems to be a problem with the way the xml file is written. How do you guys transfer your files? I've tried GPSBabel like I've seen on many searches, but I don't think I'm set...

What to look for when targeting Kokes

I recently purchased a Humminbird 597ci Combo fish finder in hopes it would help me find more fish. The problem is, I'm not finding them. My questions are -what am I looking for on my fish finder? -I think all of the fish are near the top, would that make them harder to find due to the sonar looking...

Re: NEW MEMBERS - INTRODUCE YOURSELF!

Hi all, my name is Shane and I line in Marysville. I am 36 yrs old and have a wife of almost 12 yrs and 2 kids, 17 and 10. My fondest memories growing up were fishing the sound for salmon with my uncle every weekend during the summer and fall. One particular memory comes to mind when my grandma hook...
