Pend Orieller River
Does anybody know how the water level is compared to memorial weekend? I usually launch south of Davis Creek but we had to launch on the road last time LOL. Can you launch at the Cusick launch? Thanks for any info.

RE:Washington boaters education card
Thanks for the info jball and Nik. I found one shitty chart showing I was up in 2010 but no actual date so I guess I'm good through the year. Yeah you're right they don't advertise it well enough but I'm sure they're quick to give you a ticket if you don't have it. Gotta love our state government.

Washington boaters education card
I was trying to figure out what the timeline is for getting the mandatory boaters education card. I'm having trouble narrowing down the deadline. I'm 28 and I think I'm suppose to have one this year but I'm not sure. Any help would be great. Thanks- Ray

RE:Driving w/ boat on Truck Rack?
As far as weight goes I'm sure any stardard lumber rack would work great. We load lots of glu-lam beams on lumber racks at work all the time. Some weighing around 300 pounds.

RE:Advice for first time buyer on a budget?
Definitely check out Craigslist!!! I picked up this 1995 Smokercraft 18' Promag for $2000!! Yes it was a legal transaction. I called the guy two minutes after he posted the add. He was in a bind and needed $2000 ASAP. It came with a galvanized trailer, 140 Tohatsu, 9.9 4 stroke honda, bow mount minn...

RE:Thaw 2010 Tips and Tactics: Spokane area
Hey Aaron, last may we have really hot action on the river and I'm pretty sure the water was 49 deg. Check out my posts from the Pend Orielle last year. I'm pretty sure I specified the water temps in all of them. My best trips were in may, june, and october.

RE:Thaw 2010 Tips and Tactics: Spokane area
Hey Aaron have you tried fishing the Pend Orielle around Usk? We catch a ton of lmb just south of the mouth of Davis Creek. We usually catch them on 5" watermelon senkos or spinnerbaits. Just fish the west side of the river by all the docks just north of Dalkena for some major pike and lmb action. 4...

RE:Pend Oreille River Bank Fishing
I was wondering if anyone knew of any good bank fishing spots on the Pend Oreille River for Pike or Bass, since I am kinda shore bound. Any imput would be greatly appreciated The mouth of Davis Creek is a pretty good area for holding pike especially when the water is higher. If you are heading north...
