I tried squidding at Edmonds a couple weeks ago, and the squid were few and far between. Has fishing started to heat up yet?

A bit of an update... I squid fished there on Friday night, and went crabbing yesterday. The pier is re-opened, but not completely finished yet. The completed work looks great, and it's so nice to get back out there. All of the wood railing caps have been replaced with trex type false wood. It looks...

I prefer the red rock crab too. I usually catch them from the Edmonds fishing pier, which is currently closed for repair. Ugh... No idea where to go now for the first weekend of crabbing.

Sorry about all the stolen crab and gear guys. What a bad start to the season.
