So I go out this morning to pick up a licence to get in on some of this trout action. I'm moving back to sunny So. Cal. this week so I only need a day license... But to my suprise I find out that a day fishing license doesn't cover trout... Ok that seems really stupid to me but no problem- I'd rathe...
