We fish a lot shallower here...50-100 ft and we usually do ok with mono...braided seems kidna slick and popped out MORE when we tried running some 10# at about 120 ft. When you are fishing so deep why do you need such long setbacks? Over 50 ft deep and I'm usually only about 20-25 feet back. See you...

We;re gonna try to hit 3 or 4 lakes in 2 weeks. We just love to fish...we'll chase just about anything. right now we're chasing stripers in the Delta and will be hunting kokes next week. What about sturgeon...other board ...huh?
