Re: Duwamish
Oh yes for sure you can go over there/ Duwamish! They are rolling , jumping, tail dancing right before your nose, landing on your float with eggs under, showing finger to you, laughing, whatever, but not biting or taking whatever you offfer! You have a greater chance to get them with your net, then ...

Re: Duwamish
Oh yes ! You and your friend can visit that river/ lower/ Duwi?! They are rolling in full abundanse, doing their stupid tail dance right before your nose! I think you have a better chance to catch one of them with your net then with a hook with anything on it! They are not taking anything, just jump...

Re: Just as i expected!
What do you expect from them? Every next year will be worst, too many too smart , too much "over educated " people will run that business. They have to show or prove that they are smart and they know everything from school, not from real life, by sitting by computer and tell how many fish will come....

Re: Snoho/Sky/Wallace Open for Coho!!!
PS: unfortunately this river is infested with snaggers for good! Close to Sammish. Couple years ago I was fishing over there with my friend: float and eggs. Slowly but surely. Just enjoying! We do need much fish. Guy is coming. Fine with us. Bite is dying. That is where crap begins. He is trying to ...

Re: Snoho/Sky/Wallace Open for Coho!!!
OH my? Overloaded? Looks like everybody from WA state is coming here. RH: nothing has been changed on that river from the last couple years ago! Literally nothing! It is getting worse! Seen officers over there couple times at hatchery or close ,doesn't change much. Where they have been during king s...

Waders quality
Got new waders from Outdoor Emporium/ Caddis, breathable. First outing, feet are wet in neoprine part. Previous waders lasted almost 4 years. Any advise to get reliable waders, beside Simms?

Re: Barrier Dam
Barbless hook now for sure. Springers are almost gone. River is fluctuating all time, summer time. Check river flow everyday play with you weight and you'll get what you want but a little bit later. Fall kings are coming, but not in big amount for now. 4oz would be enough, depends on where you are g...

Re: Green river chum
Plus, I feel so much pain when I am driving along Hw2 by the hatchery on the Wallace river and seen some cars are parked along. Are those guys fishing for stealhead when river is closed for salmon fishing?! I didn't see much steelhead running that time on that river! Oh, yeah, they are fishing for s...

Re: Green river chum
I understand very well all your explanations RH and I agree with it 100% from one point of view! I am not targeting coho in any river in wa , just trying to find some chums! But accidentally getting some Ho! That doesn't make me happy at all, especially in closed for retention waters. That makes me ...

Re: Green river chum
There is still coho very bright in lower river. By the hatchery they are in pretty good shape too and decent amount.
Have seen chum too, but they are already colored. Still don't understand why they closed rivers for coho retention.
This joke is just such disgrace to fisherman community!

Re: skagit and stilly emergency closure
Strider, there is good amount of fish on Sky/Wallace. Completely agree with JohnB, that they are not good biters because of that dry weather pattern, but they are in system and more will come from the salt too. Read reports from the PS. People are still catching them. You can go in Monroe/ Lewis brid...
