RE:Cascade Musky Association
Membership is growing in CMA as fellow musky fishermen and women find out that we are a local organiztion devoted to THIS fishery. And the fact that 100% of our funds stay right here in Wa to directly benefit THIS tiger musky fishery. If you're interested in fishing for tiger muskies in WA and suppo...

R&E, I also thank you for your generosity. If ol man winter would consider leaving till next year we could get out fishing instead of just talking about it. Great embroidery by the way. Quality all the way. We'll definitely be doing business. CMA and Field Custom Designs. Looking forward to a long a...

RE:Rules and Registration for Pend Oreille River Northern Pike Tournament
Frank, I share a bit of your concern and that is keeping fish in a C&R tournament. A C&R tourney is just that and that rule could very easily be adhered to. Tournaments usually draw a crowd because of the money and the camaraderie, not the ability to keep fish. You can do that any time if you'd like...

RE:Letter & Check Launch "Save-A-Game-Warden Fund"
I think Craig's idea of the "Save A Warden" and the "Check Off" on all hunting/fishing licenses is the best idea to come down the pike in years and I'll definitely be participating. I do however think that dollar amounts should not be posted on a forum. Especially large amounts. This could be detrim...

RE:Reel sugestion...
2000Sub I'd lean toward a round reel just for the simple fact that they hold more line. Holding more line is not really the goal here but you do need it to hold enough 'heavy' line. I use both 65# and 80# Power Pro line and the low profile baitcasters just don't have the capacity. Keep in mind that ...

I like the camera idea. I've used it many times and will again in the future. I appreciate you folks with the guts to do something about the harvest of undersize muskies. Or fish in the slot limit. Or any other type of poaching. We create the world we live in - Have the guts to make it what it shoul...

Undersize Muskies
It would seem that we as musky fishermen have our work cut out for us when it comes to educating the general fishing public about the minimum length a tiger musky has to be to be kept. Yesterday Ski and I observed two(2)pictures of undersize muskies posted on the bragging board at the Lacey Sportsma...

RE:Getting the Itch.
Travisah, I'm a firm believer in 'big bait - big fish' and I do use some bigger baits but "big" is relative to a body of water or geographical location or maybe even species as after 6 years of tiger musky hunting, I lean toward the 5" - 7" size lures if you'd like consistant action. Given the right...
