4th of July Fishing
Hey guys, planning on going fishing on the morning of the 4th. Either going to hit up Clear or American. Anybody know how busy these lakes get on the 4th? I was also wondering if these lakes are hot or cold right now. Open to any suggestions.

Yeah the only concern is that the max weight of our boat is like 800 lbs and we are pushin it so something bigger than an 8 hp is risky. It is rated for a 25 hp motor though so i don't know...

We were looking at either at either a $1800 Nissan 8 hp electric start or a $2300 Mercury 8 hp electric start.

WHAT IS BEST LAKE(S) IN PIERCE/THURSTON COUNTY???
I've been to a lot of lakes and caught nothing. Does anyone know what the best lake(s) in Pierce and Thurston county are. I'm lookin more trout-bluegill-perch-catfish-carp...not bass. If you do give a lake name could you please tel me what part of the lake and what to use.
