RE:Need help for fishing Banks Lake
I would recommend senko's, kut tail worms (watermelon) for drop shotting, flipping jigs (black/blue), spinner bait (char/white), shallow running cranks (2-4 ft). If you work the reeds (sp?) in the coves with 3/4 oz blk & blue jig you will find them in there but water needs to be stained a little bec...

It was great to see Chris B & Jeremiah aka fishnislife at the clinic. Main thing I got from it was to explore and use the aqua view more to find different structure in the 30 to 60 feet range. He really only had a few techniques that he mainly uses ( grub, hula grub, jigs w/craw trailers ) and recom...

RE:Tournament reminder
Well me and Y2Says came in 14th place out of 37 boats. Says boated the only two smallies for us. Total weight 4.25lb. We headed up north to 520 and got hammered by the waves causing a warning sound that we couldn't figure out. Got to our spot and Says nails a 2.5 smallie within 10 minutes of being t...

RE:Smallmouths in Pine Lake
How does that help a lake? Sorry I'm a little confused here.
Do the bass eat the Louisiana craws or the signal craws more? I think the Louisiana ones might be too large and aggressive for average sized bass to eat.[/quote]
Smallies love craws!!
