Why don't you just get them at Auburn Sports and Marine?
They have Gamakatsu, Owner, and their own label in all the sizes you could want.

Maybe im just not explaining myself correctly , What im looking for is a person that has the pour kit and lead and hooks that makes there own jighead and if so i want to purchase a quantity of them .. I can go down to joes and buy them 5 per pack allday , but im wanting to cut out the middle man and his mark up .. Like my drop shot weights i order them from a guy who makes them in his garage and i save about 20 cents on each one by buying them from him direct .. hopefully this helps ..#-o

Dez - hit up Hillbillygeek, I know he has been looking into pouring football heads for awhile. I don't know that he has the molds but he has looked into a couple of different models. Maybe you can steer him in the right direction of what you are looking for. He puts out a great product for sure. If you do hit him up, let me know the outcome because I too wouldn't mind checking them out.

I know a guy who pours football jigs. :-" At one point he said that they were just for personal use.... but if the right offer came along you never know, he might be convinced to sell a few.

Ahh yes, I forgot about your great looking jigs. "Home Brew and Baits" the name of your guide service on Tapps. YAAA!
You still pouring?
Are you doing well with those bad dogs?

Fo shizzle (on both accounts).... I have a new bottom pour furnace now and I was just getting ready to order some more hooks and skirts.

I pour jigs but never bought a football mold. It is still on my wish list -- along with a shakeyhead mold...

Nice, looks like 60degree flat eye footballs. Is that the do-it mold? What hooks are those, they look like a nice light wire?

Do you actually pour those? Or do you just "got" them?

That particular collar design looks like it would be tough to hand-pour. You'd have to make sure the lead is very hot (glowing), the mold is also hot to the touch, and the pour is done at a slow rate. Otherwise, the collar will not be fully formed. That is one of the reasons I like to pour roundheads with no collar. I can't even remember the last time I had a defect... :-k
