to fish or not to fish?
so im trying to decide what to do today, i got a new rifle and i want to take it out to the range, but i also want to hit the skykomish for some fish, im just wondering if anyone has been up there latley and can tell me if there are still some silver up there worth catching, or shout i just hit the range and fish for steel/chum next weekend. any input would be greatly appreciated, as i got a late start today and times a wasting!!
Re: to fish or not to fish?
I haven't wetted a line recently due to focusing my efforts on deer and elk hunting. Looking out the window, I see that the sun is out and the wind is not blowing. You aren't going to get many more days like this until next spring so you might as well hit the river and enjoy the experience. With the sun out, toss some bright metal at those silvers and let us know how it went!

ill be spending a good part of this week trying up steelhead rigs, and pulling out my winter gear, looks like it may snow up there this week.
