i need to get some hens to cure eggs so i can start floating and drifting eggs. gah

Go to the Samish. Tons of ripe hens right now, but not too ripe for roe. It's totally worth it to make the trip if you need roe. I've been making a roe run up there at least once a week to get my bait fridge stocked. I ran out of fire cure.

two 20lb darker hens have SO much roe, haha fire cure um up!!

ya samish is the bait jackpot. after using boot king eggs for a while, other eggs like like shi*

yea when the holes are that stacked I usually just let eggs sit on bottom and let it sit, because if i move it at all or even drift it with a float theres so many fish it hangs up on them and foul hooks um, so i avoid those holes, or plunk them if im trying

changes every year, but theres one way in the upper river right now, nothing but big darkies in there

+10 on the night thing, one day i will go, and there will be 20 coho in the hole, no rain, full sun, next morning, 100 fish in the hole, theyre moving at night

ha! wish i could go everyday and see the difference. i definitely notice week by week though, fish are moving in and up.. been lucky enough to hit it 2 to 3 days a week, last few..
curious to see what a good rain does at this point tho.
