Skook Steel?

Has anybody checked out the lower parts of the skook yet? Nate treat was sayin a small concentration come in this time of year. Just wondering anybody has tried it yet, dont want to waste my time AGAIN! hahaha

I dont know about the lower river, but i saw one landed up by the salmon hatchery last weekend. Jigs and float !

Ssshhh! No fish in the Skook right now. None at all :-" :-" :-" :^o We've been fishing it this last week with absolutely no luck.

Only fish I've seen are the ones in my secret holes!

Haha, Come on now, thats my home river! I gotta know if theres fish in it! haha seems to be the only river i can actually catch fish out of! ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) hahaha

think I'm gonna go find out Friday. It's either there or the Cow. Got an oddball day off this week and I've not been fishing since the 1st week of November... #-o

Yes, there are fish in the Skookumchuck. The usual haunts will have a few bright coho, lots of the darker ones, and some earlier steelheads. I'm going to be fishing down there for the most part, because it's better right now than the rivers up here.
