May Muskies Inc. Meeting/ June Muskies Inc. Meeting...Be there!!!

Post by bad esox » Tue May 29, 2007 9:05 pm

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to say THANKS!!!! for attending Washington States first Muskies Inc. Chapter meeting. It was a huge success with about 35 Anglers attending.
Thanks to Steve, and Bruce, from the WDFW for coming and sharing their information. Nicely done gentlemen. We will be looking forward to working closely with you in the future.
It was a GREAT first meeting! Many new friends were made and some "tales" told. What a fantastic group of anglers I can't tell you all how wonderful this is for our sport and what a "bonus" it will be for our future here in Washington.

Thanks to everyone who attended the meeting it was truly a pleasure to meet you all. For those who couldn't make this meeting we will be looking forward to meeting with you next month:) Thursday the 21st of June, Denny's Federal Way (same place) 2132 S. 320th Way, 7p.m. Bring a friend, bring family members, learn something new, but most of all have fun!

Just a note to the new members, will be members and everyone else that's planning on coming to the next Chapter meeting: There will be a raffle for musky baits. This will be a ticket sale raffle with the proceeds benefitting the Chapter.
Looking forward to seeing all of you again and hopefully meeting a few more. I'm excited. This is going to be a great Chapter.
If anyone was wondering, the reason we have to be members of Muskies Inc to become a member of this Chapter is because we're a Muskies Inc affiliated Chapter and will be conducting business according to their guidelines.

It was truely great to put faces to the freinds I hadn't meet before the meeting. It was really nice to see some of the old buddies again also. Bruce and Steve thank you so much for the fine work you do.
My wife and I are eager to show our Involvment and everyone I take out will be encouraged to join.
This is a good thing for us to get behind and put our enthusiasm to work.

Thanks Bill and Rosann.
Yes, it was a great turnout, eh?
We will be sending information out about the next meeting (June 21, same time, same place) to all those who signed up. If you want to be part of that list and weren't at the 1st meeting, shoot me a PM or an email and I will get you on the list.
We have lots planned for agendas and are open to more suggestions.
The idea is to have FUN and to help WDFW keep our fishery strong.

What a good-lookin' bunch at that first meeting. LOL

Pretty impressive turn-out for a first meeting. Nicely done, keep up the good work. It would be great to see this fishery maintained and enhanced.

Hello to All,

Well does anyone remember this night? Yep, it was five-years ago this month that Muskies, Inc. came to Washington State. It doesn't seem like that long ago, but as it is said; "time flies when you're having fun". I would personally like to thank the many members we've met within the NW TIGER PAC over the past five-years who have shared their own muskie passions, desires, and dreams with us.

Yes, there have been trials and tribulations as there always are when dealing with any new venture into new uncharted territories etc... There were a few mistakes that we made along this pathway that we have traveled together... as many times there are when people continue to grow and learn from one another.

There also have been many great accomplishments made by the NW TIGER PAC and there are many reasons for being very proud to be part of this organization. I can see a bright future ahead for the Washington State Tiger Muskie fishery as long as we have these many passionate "Tiger Anglers" out there amongst us continuing to work together at improving this fishery to its' very highest potential.

HAPPY 5th ANNIVERSARY NW TIGER PAC! Congratulations to all!

As it is said "The man who needs no one's help is a lonely man indeed..." Thank-You all, once again, for your hard-work, volunteerism, and dedication to this wonderful fishery and the Muskies, Inc. Organization.

Rosann, Bill, and Mike,

Thanks for everything. Without your tremendous support over the years Muskies, Inc. as a whole would not be where it is in the State of Washington today. You all are very much appreciated by those of us within Muskies, Inc. Chapters 57 and 60.

We had a great meeting last night with pizza, pop, and a very special 5th Anniversary cake that was made by one of our members daughters... The whole night was an awesome experience. Some very special stories were shared and thanks was given. Hopefully, we can get some pictures posted of the event in the near future both here and at our NW TIGER PAC website...

I personally talked about, and heard, the word "friendship" used from many of our chapter members last night. Our friendship amongst our members is very strong just judging from the kind words shared in that meeting room. So to all my "friends" I would just like to pass this along... One good friend is worth a thousand acquaintances... Remember, to be kind to one another and too always laugh a lot... Life is much too short. Those who cannot give friendship will rarely receive it and they will never hold it.

A huge "Thank You" goes out to All of our many friends for making the NW TIGER PAC just what it is today... a great place to be.
