Bill and Rosann are now Eastsiders, so they had a chance to run over and down to the Hatchery on the Columbia that raises our handsome little tigers.
She was having trouble posting the pix, so here they are:
I know we would all like to hear the report that goes with the trip and the photos, eh Rosann, Bill?
How big are they now?
Any Dates for release yet? Lakes? Numbers?
Is that netting over the tanks to protect from avian predators?
Are there any sea lions nearby?
Inquisitive minds need to know!
(Awesome pix, thanks for making the trip.)
(You can see a group of baby muskies at 7-8 o'clock; lower left corner)

Tiger Muskies are sterile.
You can't keep them under 50 inches:
Let them do their job: Eating N.P.Minnows

where are the pictures of the rearing tank that Chapter 57 donated to the hatchery?

oops, good idea.
Here, boss:
1st pix of of the tank we all donated to. It is an inside tank, as compared to the outside tanks that Rosann took pictures of. (They have now been transferred outside).
2nd picture is of Mike and Perry outside the Hatchery.
3rd is the trough inside. Amazing how fast these little torpedoes grow, eh?
