Anybody been to riffe lake lately?
i'm heading there tomarrow and just curious whether to fish from the brigde or down by the mossy rock dam.
Fishing relaxes me. It's like yoga, except i still get to kill something.

RE:Anybody been to riffe lake lately?
Hi,
I go out there quite a bit. I prefer the dam area, but both have been good for me. I like being down closer to water. I think you can find a spot to fish from easier. It is not as far a drive for me as well.
Sorry I did not see this earlier.

Re: Anybody been to riffe lake lately?
I'm thinking of making the long trip over to this lake tomorrow or the next day to try my hand at the silvers. I've never fished here before so I'm a bit intimidated. I've been doing a bunch of searching on here and it seems like a slip bobber from shore with shrimp/worm works best. I was going to try the mossyrock dam area.
I was just curious if the fish are still biting and roughly how deep and what size hooks are best.

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

LoL, yeah, I resurrected an old topic.
I just got home, way easier fishing than I thought. I had nothing to worry about. Posting a report soon.

Actually they are so easy right now I think you could dangle your toes in the water and get a nibble. Well not really.yooper_fisher wrote:LoL, yeah, I resurrected an old topic.
