Is this lure legal in Washington water?

Alabama Style Freshwater Umbrella Rig lure 3 arms, 1 single hook per arm for a total of 3 hooks.

I know that 4+ hook lures are illegal

I assume that a triple hook counts as 1.

Any comments are appreciated - [thumbsup]

Yes it's legal.

You can also use 4, 5, 10, 50 arms. BUT, you can only use 3 hooks, the rest can be used for spinner blades.

What are you up to Firetiger..? I bought some reels from you a few years ago, and I know that you are a Cutthroat trolling guy. Are you going to the Dark Side, and getting into bass fishing. (from you alabama rig question) #-o

Let's say you're fishing Lk Samm and you catch a 3 lb. Cutt trolling. The same day you pull a 3 lb. SMB off a bed with a dropshot worm. Fun and exciting! I think the SMB wins, hands down.

That said, I'm thinking about trolling (lead core) an 3 arm alabama and 3 #2 needlefish in the up coming trout derby. A gentle pull on the line every so often to trigger a strike. What do you think? Good idea [thumbup] or waste of time [thumbdn] ?
