Just wondering if a motorcycle battery would work to power a trolling motor

Using A motor cyclebattery, would start you out, however these batterys tend to be rather small and also have not much power(cranking amps) What you need is a Deep cycle battery, size depends on the size of your trolling motor(tork). I would recommend talking to your local dealer, for the size and type of battery. hope this helps you out ?

Don't even waste your time or money with one, it won't do the job.
