Wow!! I just got through with eating my first Kokes which I did into your recipe for fish tacos. Somebody else needs to try this, that stuff was REALLY good.:chef: The key ingredient to me is the Chipolet (sp?) sauce. I would eat that stuff on rocks it is so good. Anyway, sure appreciate the various kokanee recipes that you have blogged. I'll have to try the caesar soon.
I found myself bumming when I got to Cav. and saw that the kokes were on the 5 fish limit. I didn't realize that Lake STevens was sort of a special circumstance with the 10 fish limit. (but you can't beat having such a whole lake in the woods to yourself)

WOW tried this yesterday and it was FANTASTIC!! Thanks for the recipe, the chipotle sauce is incredible.
