I've found my new Mecca meat market right here at my back door. I drove past it for a good 45 years and didn't shop there. Bobs Quality Meats.On Rainier Ave South. Since losing my teeth and still craving red meat this place is great. Elk, venison,chickens , organ meats,lamb, ect ect.... Well worth a trip there. I bought a large double smoked ham hock and made Great Northern beans. Yummy.
