That Time Again (Asparagus)

I did the first batch of our Wa state Pickled asparagus on Sat. 9 quarts /3 pints of regular. 4 pints and 2 half pints of XXXX hot bullets.I probably do 1 more batch. Asparagus is a long process. Well worth the effort.
