Canning is Over (Kinda)

This summer was a rough canning season for me but its very easy to do canning without spending alot. Today I pickled my last of the beets. Sunday was Hot pepper jelly. I did all my usuals . My latest has been pickled chantrells. We went picking in Sept then I was in a cast Sept thru Oct . I'm going for shrooms this weekend. Pickled Chantis came out great.
