Rotisserie motor recommendation?

Does anybody have any experience with purchasing a rotisserie motor?
I was looking at this firepit,

And I was wanting to purchase an electric motor for the rotisserie, thought maybe somebody has one, or has opinions on how many RPM's is considered slow enough, or a proper level of rotations for general rotisserie cooking? [wink]

Hey Chris,
Sorry I'm a little slow.....
If you're looking big-ish rotisserie, AKA Pig Roaster / Pit Roaster, I'd hit the surplus places down in SODO and look for a 1/2 to one HP electric motor with gear reduction and then you can just put a shiv on the output and make your rod to go across the pit and put a shiv on the one end and put a V-belt between them you want to end up with about a 1/2 RPM. Might even be able to grab a washing machine motor and transmission and gear it right with the pulleys/shivs. Cheapness counts..... :)
