Wow!! I just got through with eating my first Kokes which I did into your recipe for fish tacos. Somebody else needs to try this, that stuff was REALLY good.:chef: The key ingredient to me is the Chipolet (sp?) sauce. I would eat that stuff on rocks it is so good. Next time I will do something to actually make the fish more firm. Maybe do your baja batter recipe and actually deep fry it.
Anyway, sure appreciate the various kokanee recipes that you have blogged. I'll have to try the caesar soon.
I found myself bumming when I got to Cav. and saw that the kokes were on the 5 fish limit. I didn't realize that Lake STevens was sort of a special circumstance with the 10 fish limit. (but you can't beat having such a whole lake in the woods to yourself)

WOW tried this yesterday and it was FANTASTIC!! Thanks for the recipe, the chipotle sauce is incredible.
