Butterfly jigging

i've been trying to find more info on butterfly jigging online but can't find much. I'm trying to figure out how to do it. anybody know where to go to find out

I remember reading about this on Shimano's website, they had a video and all sorts of information. It looks like normal jigging, but they remove the hook from the bottom of a "candlestick" type of jig and add 2 hooks attached to the top with a bit of string. Definately would like to find out if anyone has tried one of these.
