Old guy free pass to Everett launch

Post by BARCHASER10 » Fri Jan 04, 2013 1:11 pm

Yesterday I picked up my annual free pass (weekdays only) to the Everett launch. Some geezers may not know they can get a free pass to use the Everett launch. You have to be age 60. Just go to the Everett Marina office show them your drivers license and they give you a sticker to put on the windshield of your tow vehicle. They also give you a free tide chart booklet for the coming year. I've had a sticker for 3-4 years.

Good deal for old guys.

Nope, just the Everett launch known as the 10th Street Launch. I use it a lot for fishing MA8 and 9. Saves some bucks and speeds it up in the morning since I dont have to stop at the pay station.

Wow, Barchaser, GREAT info! Sorry I didn't know about it last year, but I'm heading down ASAP for this year. Weekdays is when I fish, and so far only launching out of Everett with my skiff. Thanks much for the heads up!

I'm 68. I didnt find out about the geezer free pass until I was 64-65. So I paid for 4-5 years when I didnt have to. 5 bucks each time, 40-50 times a year, hmmm, thats around 800 bucks or so!
