I would like to get out tomorrow AM and dust off the crab pots, and troll a little looking for Coho.
I put in at Shilshole and just troll the area in front of the marina, as well as going N. Off Carkeek, and In front of Richmond Beach. My boat is not large, and therefor I stay to these spots. That being said, it's a 14' deep V-hull Lund, 25 hp. Downriggers, fish finder. Does fine in this kind of weather.
I consider myself somewhere between rookie and intermediate on the salmon trolling.
The crabbing I usually do quite well at.
If interested give me a shout. I've got all the rods and reels/tackle etc.

A buddy just offered me a day of fly fishing, so I'm going to wait a little on the salt fishing.

Was going to contact and ask but figured it was too late in the day Saturday to do so. My friend and I hit many of the same areas usually.
But I was wondering why you were targeting Coho so early when the Kings (I've been told) have just started showing up in Area 10. In any case my friend would call me late Saturday telling me he wanted to launch out of Shilshole. Fish the area in front. Move to Carkeek and if luck holds out go to Richmond Beach. Well guess what .... you didn't miss much not going out. No salmon would touch our stuff or any other boats nearby. Don't know about crabbing however.
