Looking for a ride!

Post by flying_soldier » Thu Jul 31, 2008 1:42 pm

I am fairly new to Salmon fishing in the sound. I have been in the service for 11 years now and most of it was spent in the south. Most of the fishing I did out there was for Walleye. I grew up in Oregon but my dad raised me as a trout fisherman. I would love to get out on the water with someone who knows what they are doing and do a little Salmon fishing. With the price of gas and such now a days I would like to meet some fishing buddies and maybe hitch a ride out on the water splitting costs. I am a pretty fun guy, mid 30's, married w/ 3 kids. Yes I am in the Army (not stationed at Ft. Lewis)I live in Kirkland, WA. I get the anti patriotism enough living in the Redmond Kirland area so I am not looking for someone who just wanst to sit and talk politics. When I leave work I like to leave work. I am just looking for someone who loves to fish as much as I do and hang out with on the water. I have a few crab traps I can bring also if you want to throw them out and will hapily split the catch. Thanks for your time!!
