Is there some other way catching pinks?

I've been using buzzbombs with no success. I hear the same for other fellow anglers. Seen a few schools here and there. No bites or even looks. Jigs, hoochies, spoons, and kastmasters are not working for me. Any tips for these supposedly easy to fish pinks? HELP!!!!
