Northwest Fishing Reports

Are there places to buy herring in greater quantities (and hopefully better prices) than bait shops? I usually get mine from Sports Emporium or Dicks. I've tried a few Asian grocers but haven't found any that sell herring.

I've seen the same frozen herring sold at safeway that you find at baitshops. i get all mine live from pt defiance boathouse when they have it.
