Places to stay

Post by primetime » Sun Feb 09, 2014 8:44 pm

I'm looking to take a family vacation in April. We are hoping to fish Rufus Woods. What are some good places to stay (camping, hotels, cabins etc.). Closer to Rufus Woods the better!

This is a good spot to camp and you can't get any closer than right outside your door - http://www.cabinbytheriverllc.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

They also have a cabin you can rent if you would rather go that route. Nice people too! [cool]

I have camped at Bridgeport State Park before. it is right on the lake. There is a nice boat launch, with overnight mooring. I was very happy with my stay there

There is also primitive camping @ the fishing area near the upper net pens. You need a permit which you can get at coulee playground.
