A nice Alpine lake that has little elevation to reach and only 4 miles to hike. Be forewarned - it gets a LOT of hiking traffic on the weekends! Holds rainbow trout (although I had no luck this trip).

I fished Pete a time or two back when I was a hiker. This was our Friday night camping spot when we were on the way to Spectacle for brookies. We'd leave work, driver over to the parking spot and hike to Pete.
