DEC 21st
Were all still here. The Mayans might have been off a few hours so maybe it will still happen. I would like to get a couple extra days before armegeddon to fish.I got a 4.5 day weekend that I dont want to go to waste before we all perish.Allthough as we noticed this year fishing hasnt been a major booming success.Maybe its a Mayan thing.I havent seen any Mayans fishing at all. I hope everyone has a great weekend and the happiest of holidays. Even those who foe me. Hahaha

Isn't it Dec 22nd over near New Zealand? I always remember when Y2K came.... and we were all going to shut down, that the folks in New Zealand seemed to be at the front of the pack.

I know its the end of the world because I caught a 12 pound Mayan on the bogie with a #10 black corkie and size 4 hook. That just don't happen every day!

I thought it was the end too. I went buy the bait store and the sign said"No sand shrimp today"

I'm heading down to get a new calendar... I'll ask em what the deal is and let you know when I get back
I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker
