I had two guesses to pick from, based on various calculations. I lost track of calender days and it is to late to enter a guess. Not that it matters now. But I understood the contest rules to allow guesses on June 1, until midnight. Not last guess on midnight May 31st. I was actually waiting to make a guess on June 1, to get the most up to date member count to use in my final calculation. Mike can you clarify what was meant by rule number 5 if the cutoff was May 31?

1) Guess the number of Registered Members as of the end of the year, 12-31-2012.

2) The person closest to the actual number (over or under) is the winner.

3) You may only make one guess, and your guess is final.

4) You may not guess closer than 5 numbers on either side of someone else's guess. Let's not crowd each other's fishing turf, LOL. If you do, I will adjust it to no closer than five numbers apart.

5) The last guess will be allowed on June 1st.

My guess would have been 23,378 or 22,521. My unofficial guess I am going with is 22,521. Even though the higher guess would have been withing 78 of Mike's guess.

Mike, am I reading rule number 5 incorrectly?
