MOLASSES FOR SHISHA TOBACCO...

Hi all,
I've not looked into DIY juice making at all but I just have a question about a product that I've come across.
shisha molasses brand
A company in USA are producing 'molasses' which is just flavoured liquid to add to Shisha/hookah tobacco to enhance the flavor. Having looked at the ingredients, it states that the 500ml bottle contains "VG, Flavorung, citric acid"
My question is could this be used to make DIY liquid just by adding PG with nic?
Any feedback would be appreciated
