I’m looking for a small Pram,either a Stillwater or a backwater Pram.

Check washingtonflyfishing.com. The classified section. Prams are always going out the door. I bought one there.

After owning a Port-a- bote for years I would suggest you to take a look and consider it for what you are doing.

I've seen several prams on offer up from useable to very nice.
