Kokanee chowder...Lake Stevens style!

Just to be difficult I thought that I would post a picture of dinner. BTW…the chowder was made from fresh herbs and…TODAYS kokanee! I guess that I should mention that it was swimming this morning (not the steak). Anyway, opening day…one of my favorite holidays!
