Any idea if this would result in an increase/decrease in access to the park?

To my knowledge, Tolmie is open 7 days a week. I would hope they keep it open the same. Tolmie has some great beach access. I used to hit Subway and head to Tolmie for lunch when I worked down there. Really nice place.

If this is anything like the State vrs Snohomish county it'll mean less time on the water. Snohomish Co. won't open (generally) before 7am and closes at sunset. If you like to fish early or later you are hosed. Hope that's not in your future.:pale:

No boat ramp at this park. Walk in launch for kayakers, popular spot for scuba divers and beach-goers. Kids love the place because there are so many sandollars.

I went clam digging there a couple of times. It is nice.
Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Quite often you'll see fish that swim up into the lagoon area at high tide. Made me wish I had a pole at times...

They have a nice day house with covered picknic area and wood stove/fireplace, flush bathrooms and pop vending.
