I heard that sound once. the victom just kinda walked around in a circle dazed for a second then fell over. Never heard another sound quite like it.

Heres how it works in America. Breakins,gang members,poor folk are immune from our laws. If you smoke a joint in public you get 5 years. If you kill a helpless child you get 3 years. If you kill an adult they spend 20 million dollars trying to figure out why . Our poor laws need revamping really bad. Dont forget also we live in a tree hugger state. We slap their hands and let criminals go for whatever reason. Sure they will lock him up for a couple days. He'll be out breaking into other cars real soon.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators,its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.
