Post by travislikesfishing » Fri Oct 05, 2007 6:32 pm

ok u sart with filleting perch or crappie or walley one of the 3 get enough to cover the bottom of a 9 by 13 cake dish/pan whatever then spray nonstick stuff make sure its on real good on the pan then you take a bag of spicey nacho doritos yes you read right doritos and crush them up really really good then lightly sprinkle some on the bottom of the dish after that evenly cover the bottom of the dish with the ur fillets dont over lap them and make sure to get the whole bootom cover cut them apart if needed after u get ur fillets on thur nice and pretty very evenly spread mayonaise about 1/8th-1/6th of an inch thick (depending on how thick ur fillets aremore for thicker less for thinner) on top of the the fillets after that is done add some more doritos a good layer this time to the top of it all bake at 350 - 375 for 25-35 min or until the fish looks done and the doritos are darkish golden brown serve with potatos and a veggy or something it sounds weird but trust me it will most diffenently blow ur mind its really good so try it and let me know what u think plz
KEEP UR LINE TIGHT SO U CAN FEEL THE BITE!!!!!

WOW! Sounds good. I love mayonaise. And the Doritos sounds like a good baking crumb for almost anything. Chicken, pork, ect.
Good addition to the recipe section travislikesfishing. I know a lot of people don't venture in here, but when they see this one I think people will like it. I'm going to have to give it a shot soon.
