New fishing TV show

Tom Nelson, who has had a outdoors radio show for several years, now has a TV show called Pro Guide Outdoors on Root on Sundays at 8AM. I watched the first two shows, one was fishing for Cohos on the Sky and today's show was on Possession for Blackmouth. Good shows! Tom is a nice guy. I fished with him when he guided on the Skagit a couple times and I talk to him now and then at the Everett ramp. He has that big red boat that sez ESPN on the side. Tom used to be a Seattle fireman, I'm not sure if he still is or if he has retired. Good having a TV show that is centered more around northern Washington than Hawg Quest.

Doubtful. Nelson isnt a Bass guy.

FYI Nelly got rid of big red. I believe he is now fishing out of a 26' NR Seahawk.

I can't find the channel this show is going to be on. I have Comcast cable. Can anyone tell me what channel number it is on?

The same channel that Hawg quest is on. Root sports~ also all the Mariner games!

I was going to ask the same question thanks and thanks Jerry. I have talked with Tom and he is a nice guy. Not impressed with the guy from hawg quest met him once.
