Thanks for the tips I will definitely try these out. Also looking into mounting some down riggers to the inflatable boat but not sure yet haha

Nate treat and i went to flowing today. Caught these plunking a power egg /pautske cocktail.

Are the high mountain lakes year round? I do not see them listed in any special way so I am assuming they are year round now. Just want to make sure. Mainly looking at King county for now.

We caught 3. All around 12 inches.
Might go try it again tomorrow if i can find someone to go. Got a broken hand and have a hard time launching the boat by myself.

I fired up my outboard tonight and I'm going to check out Flowing tomorow as it is supposed to be nice out. Ill let you know how it is :salut:

I'm going to hit up Flowing for the 1st time this Sunday AM.

I had no trailer lights this morning, I didnt make it out fishing. The good news is that I now have new trailer lights and harness so I should be set for a few years. I will probably go tomorow,give a shout you WALAKERS that make it out there. I will be in my 12' Northwood with an 8 HP Nissan

From WDFW regs:
There are over 7,500 lakes, reservoirs, and ponds (excluding beaver ponds), in Washington State waters unlisted within this pamphlet, that are open to fishing for Game Fish (except DOLLY VARDEN/BuLL TROuT and GRASS CARP) year-round.
These year-round fishing opportunities are regulated under the Statewide Freshwater Rules as listed on pages 16-17 with the following exceptions:
• seasonal waters listed under Lake Special Rules pages 58-68, and 85-95 • waters within tribal reservation lands
• waters within national park boundaries (not national forests)
• within boundaries of federal military installations

Any particular lakes you have questions about?
I'm sure someone has an idea of any rules or regs for it and how to fish it.

I haven't decided between going to flowing or taking the jeep up tonga ridge to find some snow. If im on the lake ill bein a 16 foot valco sled with 85hp mercury jet.

Deciding between flowing and lk washington for tomorrow. Maybe I'll see you guys out there. If I make it to flowing I'll be in a 12' inflatable with trolling motor.

I've heard of Tonga ridge, where is that? Is it a good place to 4- wheel and/or sight see?
