Asparagus

Its time for pickling Asparagus. This weekend Ill do it.

Not sure why, the Ole Lady hasn't brought any home yet.

I popped out for morels this year Ralph. Took me about a day to find them and a day and a half to pick 2 gallons. They were pretty good, pretty small and a lot of work. The commercial pickers are out in droves and clearing everything, I was getting some leftovers that they missed.

We got into some on the East coast Mark, but have been working to many hours lately to really do any damage

NICE! That's good sized. Mostly just getting smalls to extra smalls over here. I think this one total was 3", my very first one of the season.... LOL My first in about 20 years! LOL

My room mate has been bringing me awesome large Morels. Its been a good season . Lots of pickers. I do believe the "Mushroom Show" at Magnuson is this weekend.
